Application in hard copy in original for Re-employment in the post of Surveyor for Chinsurah RR Office is
invited from willing retired surveyors previously engaged in different State Govt. Offices including its parastatals is hereby invited in plain paper with full biodata on contractual basis for a period of one year with consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 10,000/- in terms of Finance Department's Memo no. 10935-F(P), Dated: 5/12/2011 with L&LR and RR&R Department, Govt. Of West Bengal's order no. 1/413731/2023, Dated:- 10/7/23.
Willing applicant in this regard will have to apply for the same expressing his/her willingness before
District Magistrate & Collector(RR Section), Hooghly at Jibon Paul's Garden, PO:- Chinsurah, PIN Code:-
712103 in a sealed envelope by clearly mentioning her/his name, residential address on the body of such envelope along with her/his:- 1) All relevant documents (Duly attested) regarding her/his Academic qualification;
2) All relevant documents (Duly attested by Gazetted officer) regarding her/his past services in State
Govt. Offices including its parastatal;
3) All relevant documents (Duly attested by Gazetted Officer) regarding her/his superannuation of Govt.
Sevice;
All such above-mentioned documents/testimonials will have to be submitted along with her/his application in this regard in original in a smaller sealed envelope to be covered by above-said sealed big enveloped and to be submitted either by Registered post or through herself/himself in the O/o District Magistrate & Collector(RR Section), Hooghly at Jibon Paul's Garden, PO:- Chinsurah, PIN Code:- 712103 within the period from 10/10/2023 up to 5:00 PM on 2/11/2023 (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and public Holidays).
Subsequently all wiling applicants whose applications will be found having above-mentioned
testimonials/documents will be called for holding of walk-in-interview in this regard to be held on 17/11/2023 from 11:00 AM in the meeting hall of O/o ADM and DL&LRO, Hooghly at Jibon Paul's Garden, PO:- Chinsurah, PIN Code:- 712103 for which separate letter will be issued to each such willing applicant whose application will be found having above-mentioned testimonials/documents to their residential addresses so mentioned by them in body of big sealed envelope so mentioned above.

5) The SDO, Sadar/Serampore/Chandannagar Sub-Division, Hooghly 6) The Dy. DL&LRO and Officer-in-Charge, District RR Section, Hooghly
7) The District Refugee and Rehabilitation Officer, Chinsurah RR Office
