Applications are hereby invited for walk-in-interview for selection of Junior Research Fellow (01 No.) and Field Assistant (01 No.) on Contractual basis (purely temporary) in Govt. of India, funded project entitled, "STI Hub as a platform for socioeconomic Development of target schedule Caste Communities of Terai and Dooars Region of West Bengal" located at Pundibari in the District of Cooch Behar under the aegis of Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya. Selected candidates will be engaged under the guidance of Prof. Ashok Choudhury, Director of Research, UBKV, Pundibari or other associated scientists of the project. The details of the positions under this project are given below:

*Preference will be given to higher qualification/experience.
"Mere possession of minimum qualification shall not make a candidate selected to the posts.
*The selection committee's decision will be final and will be binding in all respects. "The Viswavidyalaya reserves the right to select anybody as recommended by the selection committee.
"No. of posts may increase or decrease.
Nationality: Indian nationals are eligible to apply. Age Limit: Age should be below 40 years as on 01.01.2023 (age relaxation up to 5 years for SC/ST). Further age relaxation may be given to the candidates with experience in such type of project/ programme.
SELECTION PROCEDURE:
Applicants have to appear in person before a selection committee for a walk-in-interview at the chamber of The Director of Research, Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya, Pundibari, Cooch Behar.
