EMPLOYMENT NOTICE
Applications are invited from Indian National Cazans for direct recruitment for the following Group C Civilian posts at Amy AD College, Golabandha. The eligible candidates will address their applications to Army Air Defence College, Golabandha (PO). Ganjam (District), Odisha-761052' so as to reach within 45 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in the Employment News Paper, which shall also be the crucial date for determining the age limit for all candidate, the details of the posts are given below
Essential Qualification: 10 Class pass from a recognized Board or University
Note (Test for Physical Fitness etc) 00 Must be physically ft and capable of performing strenuous duties and must have passed the test specified below>
(4) Height without shoes 165 cms provided that a concession 2.5 cms
height shall be allowed for member of the Schedule Tribes. (W) Chest (un-expanded)-81.5 cms.
(v) Chest (on expansion)-85 Cms. (V) Weight 50 Kgs (minimum)
(vi) Endurance Test-
(a) Carrying a man (freman lit of 63.5 Kgs to a distance of 183 meters) within 96 seconds.
(ab) Clearing 2.7 meters wide ditch landing on both foot (long jump)
(ac) Climbing 03 meters vertical rope using hands and feet.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
(a) The Application and Call letter for Written test will be submitted on the prescribed format given below
(b) Date & Time of Physical Test and Written Examination will be intimated by post separately to the eligible candidates
whose application is found in order. (c) No Traveling allowance will be admissible for Written Examination/Physical Teet. Candidates will make their own boarding lodging arrangement for Written Examination/Physical Test
(d) Candidates will bring original certificates in educational & other qualifications, experience, caste & other documents etc on the date of written examination for verification/checking
(0) Please note that incomplete applications without affling photographs/without signature or without enclosing attested copies of all required certificate will be rejected without any notice.
10 Dates of test & No of vacancies may change due to unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of the Commandant Army Air Defence College. This establishment will not be responsible for not receiving of application forms and non receipt of callers by candidates.
(g) No application will be accepted in person by hand or through any representative. The application must be posted to
the addressee. This establishment will not responsible for any kind of postal delay.

This establishment will not be held responsible for lost delayed/misplaced or wrongly delivered mail
0) Only a single application will be entertained for one category/post. Candidates who forward more than one application
form for the same category/post, their candidature will be rejected outright without any notice to such candidates. (K) Candidates living with more than one spouse or married to another spouse while the first spouse is alive, shall not be
eligible to apply.
(1) SC/ST/OBC candidate applying for General Category post is not entitled to any relaxation in the age limit.
Appointing authority reserves the right to reject the candidature of a candidate for written lestiphysical test. The candidates to be caled for the written test and Physical test shall be short listed, by applying all or any of the slated norms. (m)
(n) Canvassing in any form and/ or bringing in any influence political or otherwise shall be treated as a disqualification for the lest/ost Interim queries shall not be entertained.
(0) Candidate who fulfill the eligibility criteria shall be subjected to selection process as per existing orders and the selected candidates shall be appointed only after verification of Character and antecedent from police authority and if found fit
after medical examination
(p) The candidates selected shall be governed by the provision of the New Pension Scheme (NPS)-2004 (a) The decision of the Appointing Authority regarding selection rejection shall be final
Appointing authority has right to cancel postponal suspend terminate/ modify this Notification of recruitment process without any prior notice/ assigning any reasons at any state and no enquiry or comespondence will be entertained for any information
(s) sending a reply to the candidates, if not selected.
The recruitment board's decision will be final in all matters and the board will not undertake any responsibility for
(1) Place of works Army Air Defence College, olo 99 APO with all india service liability.
(u) Any dispute in the Recruitment will be settled within jurisdiction of Berhampur only.
